Pumply is a fitness app that turns workout videos into clear, structured workout plans you can save and follow. This page explains how Pumply is priced and billed. By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. What You Get
Pumply is sold as a premium subscription that unlocks full access to the app, including:
- Turn videos into workouts — paste a workout video from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube and get a clear, exercise-by-exercise breakdown with sets and reps.
- Saved workout library — save your workouts and build a personal library you can come back to anytime.
- Workout planning & tracking — organize workouts into a weekly plan and track the sessions you complete.
Access to premium features requires an active subscription on one of the plans below.
2. Subscription Plans
Pumply is offered on the following recurring plans, each with a 3-day free trial:
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The yearly plan is offered at different price points depending on the current offer and your region; the exact price that applies to you is always shown and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
3. Free Trial
Both the Monthly and Yearly plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout, and your payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
4. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the interval you select (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. You authorize this recurring charge when you subscribe.
5. Currency and Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may be presented in your local currency. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added based on your location and are shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. The payment processor handles the transaction on our behalf in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price that applies to your subscription, we will notify you in advance in accordance with applicable law, and the new price will take effect on your next billing period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Canceling and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For details on how cancellations and refunds work, see our Refund Policy.
